## What to write about

- **Questions and feedback.** How Plia works, an app that doesn't do what you expected, or something you'd like it to do.
- **Your data.** Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it. Write from the email address on your account so we can confirm it's you.
- **Closing your account.** Email us from the address on your account and we'll close it. You can delete apps and records yourself in Plia at any time.
- **Security issues.** If you find a way to reach data you shouldn't, tell us privately by email before sharing it anywhere else.

## If your details are in someone else's app

If you are a client or guest in someone else's Plia app, they control those records. Ask them first. If that doesn't work, email [me@andylower.com](mailto:me@andylower.com).
